KHS Uniform Shop – Holiday Hours, January Volunteers & Donations

Please note that the Uniform Shop’s final opening day for Term 4 is Friday, 19 December 2025.

2. Online Orders & Uniform Shop Opening Days

Please ensure your child’s 2026 year group is updated in Munch Monitor.

Online order collection available:

• During remaining Term 4 shop hours
• On special open days
• From the start of Term 1, 2026

Special Opening Days

• Friday 30 January (School Development Day): 8:00 am – 10:00 am
• Monday 2 February (Day 1 Term 1): 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

Regular Term Hours

• Tuesdays & Fridays: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

3. Volunteers Needed – January Fittings

We would love the support of our wonderful parent community for the January Uniform Fitting Days on 20, 21, 22 & 28 January.

We are seeking three volunteers per session: Session A: 8:00 am – 10:00 am; Session B: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.  If you have some time to spare, please email killara.uniform@gmail.com to express your interest. Thank you for volunteering your time. These sessions would not be possible without your support.

4. Second-Hand Uniform Donations

We warmly welcome donations of clean, pre-loved uniforms to support our school community.

Drop-off locations:

• School Office (during school hours)
• Uniform Shop (during opening hours)

The wearing of the designated school uniform by all students and the maintenance of a high standard of dress and grooming are clear expectations of this school community. A student wearing the correct uniform is a reflection of student pride in the school. The designated uniform for students at Killara High School is endorsed by the school community through the Parents & Citizens (P&C) Association.

If you have any uniform items that you would like to donate, please wash (no need to iron) and bring along to the shop during opening hours. You can also drop in to Reception.
