Yr 7 & 8 Drumbeats Incursion

On Wednesday 11th September the students in Year 7 and 8 will participate in an African drumming workshop given by Drum Beats. This will take place in the Kerrabee Hall. Drum Beats educational shows are designed to build confidence, spirit and a sense of community in our children. All the shows are hands-on as each student will receive a drum engaging them in an energetic interactive performance. Students will experience African music study and rhythm extension which supports the Mandatory 7 – 10 Music Syllabus and programs being taught in Stage 4. Year 7 Period 1 Year 8 Period 2 Cost $15.00
